Pumpkin cake

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 grams of wheat flour
  • 125 grams of sugar
  • 50 grams of olive oil
  • 1/2 package of chemical yeast

Way of doing:

  1. Put the clean, peeled and cut squash into pieces to cook.
  2. Once cooked, beat together with the flour, oil, eggs, chemical yeast and sugar.
  3. Heat the oven to 180º C, place the dough on the baking sheet and let it bake for half an hour.

Cheese sticks

Ingredients:

  • Cheese cut into rectangular pieces
  • bread bran
  • 2 eggs
  • Olive oil

Way of doing:

  1. Beat eggs and leave them on a plate.
  2. Take the breadcrumbs and place it on another plate.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of wheat flour
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • A bit of salt
  • A glass of water

Way of doing:

  1. Mix all ingredients into a dough.
  2. Roll it into a ball shape and let it sit in the fridge for an hour.
  3. Sprinkle flour on a smooth surface and knead the dough until it is about an inch thick.
  4. Using a dough cutter, with the shapes you prefer, cut the dough and place the cookies on a baking sheet.
  5. With the oven at 200ºC, let it bake for 15 minutes.

Baked apples

Ingredients:

  • 4 apples
  • a cup of peach juice
  • 4 tablespoons of chopped almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Ice cream of your choice to accompany

Way of doing:

  1. Wash apples and remove stalk.
  2. Pour the sugar, peach juice and almond mixture into the apples.
  3. Prick the apples a little and place them in the oven at 200ºC.
  4. Leave the apples in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. Once they’re done, add the ice cream balls as a side dish.
